Premise: I am not a doctor so I’m not giving you advice on your health and this article it has been made only for sharing a recipe.

In recent years, smoothies have taken over in almost every kitchen in the world.

The reasons? They’re healthy, quick and easy to make and also have an aesthetic component that visually attracts and awakens the taste buds.

There are all kinds of them for every occasion and benefit, and I as well was struck by them, as they helped me to make the skin cleaner and energize the body.

Today I propose to you a recipe that is not only delicious, but you can enjoy it at any time of the day, and it’s quick and easy, perfect for those who don’t have much time but want to stay healthy with fruits and vegetables!

Are you ready? Let’s begin!

Ingredients (For 1 Person)

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Frozen Mango
  • 2/3 Handfuls of Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup of Vegetable Milk (Soy, Almond or whatever you like)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chia Seeds

Notes: If you don’t have frozen fruits, you can add ice cubes at the end. You can also change the quantity of ingredients according to your preferences, some prefer a sweeter smoothie, but others don’t.

Instructions

Wash the spinach thoroughly, and preferably, place them first in the mixer. Cut the banana into strips and the mango into cubes, making them easier to blend.

Finally, combine everything with the vegetable milk and start blending until you reach the desired consistency. Once finished, serve in a cup and add the chia seeds, mix everything and then add a little more of the seeds on top of the smoothie as a decoration.

The smoothie is now ready, enjoy your meal!
